Remember, tomorrow, October 17 we are marching in the OSU homecoming parade. Everyone needs to be at the bandroom by 7:45 AM. We’ll pull out by 8:00 AM. Bring money for Lunch, dinner is taken care of.
DO NOT FORGET – BLACK SHOES, BLACK SOCKS, BAND SHIRT!!!!!!
You will also want to have comfortable shoes for the rest of the day, we have a good deal of walking – as well as coat/gloves/etc for a chilly night at the ball game.
7:45 AM – Meet
8:00 AM (or earlier) – Depart
10:00 AM – Rest / Brunch stop – McDonalds on Turnpike – Change into uniform before continuing
11:15 AM – Leave McDonalds. Use the restroom before leaving, do not bring drinks. The next opportunity is a long wait away.
12:00 PM – Unload at staging area
2:00 PM – Parade steps off
3:30ish PM – Parade Complete. Change out of uniform. Must be in band shirt. Wear sweatshirt, turtleneck, hoodie, etc underneath if you wish.
4:00 PM – Awards at Seretean lawn
4:30 – 6:00 PM – Lunch at Seretean center.
6:30 PM – “The Walk” and Pre-Game Warmup/Concert
8:15 PM – Kickoff
11:15 (est) – Game Ends
12:00 (est) – Back at bus – depart for home
3-4 AM (est) – Back at Vinita
